During and after the game on Saturday and I don’t mean the fans. I’ll guess at least 4 ‘well-known’ names will be seen and/or mentioned. The rumour mill will be well and truly in overdrive.

 

Shaun Dooley, Holly Tandy, Katherine Kelly and Tom Clare.

 

Apart from Shaun, are the others even fans of BFC?

 

Fairly sure Shaun Dooley will be filming a series somewhere; he ain't been on telly for about 8 days.

In 40 odd years supporting the reds I've never sat in the West Upper

 

Holly was might still be a STH and has done presenting for our women's team on social media. Tom played in our academy I believe he is a fan. Not sure about Katherine but she should be

 

Sam Nixon I believe is a big Barnsley fan.
As is Dai Bradley.
Seen Shaun D. At the odd away game darn sarf. He is a big Barnsley fan and Bringing his kid/s up to follow tarn.

 

Katherine Kelly’s dad used to be a director during the John Dennis era. He was a keen reds fan, not sure if he still goes anymore.

I have stood and sat in every part of Oakwell but never been in the Ponty since it was rebuilt. I must address that omission.

 

Sat there once. Just when Matt Le Tissier banged in a great goal in the League Cup.

 

I have, as yoof in the late 80's we played Bradfud at home, Banger Banks were in their line up, anyway my mates fatha copped a couple of complimentary tickets off Steve Lodge for the west upper.
Game day, we arrived at the ground and promptly toddled off up the stairs of the west upper completely oblivious to the fact we had seat numbers on our tickets and plonked our arsed on the first seats that took our fancy.
10 minutes into the game and overly made up woman with strange accent with a couple of kids in tow turns up and gives us a right bollocking for sitting in her seats and did I know who her husband was blah! blah! blah! , "how the chuff am I supposed to know who thi husband his"
