East Stand Upper: 2 East Stand Lower: 7 Ponty: 6 West Stand Upper: 61 West Stand Lower: 25 So at the moment no stand is sold out. 101 tickets available, with something in all five parts home fans can buy tickets in.
Why do tickets keep re-appearing? I can only assume none attending season ticket holders have notified the club so they can sell them.
If you put them in your online basket, don't they hold for 30mins? Maybe it's folk picking multiples and only paying for their preferred one, takes half an hour to go back on sale?
Used to stand on the terrace in the lower tier as a kid back in the late 80s/early 90s. Sat in West Upper just once, when we beat Bradford to get promoted to the prem and I wouldn’t recommend it. Not enough legroom for anyone taller than 4’6’’, and we were in the very back row and I remember having to crouch down to see anything if the ball was over near the East Stand touchline cos the roof was in the way. As much as I’ve got lovely memories of standing there as a kid with family members who aren’t around anymore, I’d be massively in favour of knocking it down cos it’s crap. Even if we can’t afford another stand, just building a massive brick wall down that side and painting THEM REDS on it would be an improvement. Everyone could sit in the north stand and we could pen the away fans up in the top left corner like they do at St James park.
The far block was opened up, and people have returned tickets. Same as the Ponty. A few now appearing in there. It's a fluid, live ticket map buddy. It will alter as time goes by. As of the announcements, they were sold out, as folk testified on here. I know it's you I'm replying to so chuff knows why. Haven't you summat to build on Minecraft?
I haven't even got Minecraft anymore and if I still had the Oakwell model you know you'd have wanted to see it I know what you mean about the map I was just taking the piss. Club should get on to Ticketmaster about the single seat thing by the way. When I last booked seats at the cinema the booking system wouldn't let me leave a single empty seat between me and the next sold seat. Had to either be right next to them or leave two. I reckon if the club got Ticketmaster to enforce a similar tactic then tickets would sell better towards the end.
Have you ever tried to book a single seat with that in place though? You need to find a block of 3 to be able to book one.
Never thought about that. You'd have thought it would apply a bit of sense and know that you're closing the gap on one side
It doesn’t let you book one of two seats together though so you can never sit anywhere good. You can book where there are 3 or more seats in a row.
East Stand Upper: 15 East Stand Lower: 59 Ponty: 6 West Stand Upper: 90 West Stand Lower: 17 187 available now across all five home ends, an increase of 86 seats since my last update
