There is at least one thread that has slipped into people commenting on Michael Duff, and whether they would be happy for him to return.

So to provide some clearer visibility, not that it makes any difference to anyone at the club, simple yes or no question, would you be happy?

Ecstatic. My mojo would be well and truly restored.

    Yes but I’d imagine it’s a complete non-starter.

Not for me, we'd always be looking over our shoulder at Bristol City. They expect to go up, if they're not flirting with the play offs by January, Duff would be getting itchy feet again.

It's a no for me. Wouldn't be able to trust anything MLH said as he has shown he isn't a man of his word. He would scarper again at first sniff of interest somewhere else.

Only if he was prepared to move lock stock and Barrel tut tarn. And not even sure then. Swansea wasnt exactly on his doorstep either.

People need to stop dreaming, there was a reason he left us in the first place.

I'm amazed at how many people have voted yes. I guess that's down to how Collins turned out. The first sign of success and he'd be off again

Yeah he didn't have it in him to build his own team. Happy to ride the success of lads others had worked with. Knew a rebuild was coming so left. He definitely wouldn't have it in him for the size of the rebuild coming this summer.

Nah to MLH for me , lost all credibility, even if he improved us like before, as soon as his stock was on the rise again, we would be wondering if he was going to piss off again at the earliest opportunity!

Probably the Yes vote is high because he was a proper league manager when we appointed him and managed in a way we recognised. sadly for some time before him and certainly after him we picked coaches who we knew nowt about and had no league experience. unfortunately Mr Warhammer fits into that mould. ( If he does get the job) so no surprise many would plump for the stability candidate...Agree that he would need to commit to moving up north.

Yes, but it’s not happening, particularly after JAQs responses at the first (?) fans forum.

Not unless he could return with Kitching... Thomas, Andersen and Brad Collins.

Whoever we appoint will either be sacked or move on if they are successful. That's how football is down the food chain. I'd rather have someone leave for doing a good job than a bad one.

Have you ever thought, when coaches and players can't wait to get away from BFC.
Could there be a common denominator in all this !!!!.
Just an observation from myself, not having a go at anyone on here.

I think it's money, apart from those sacked for failure, most seem to get a bigger club.

He had a better proposal. It happens all the time in football. I certainly would have him back.
