    Anybody in the know?
Is it to hold tight as we crash into a playoff nightmare with no head coach?
Is it to make an appointment and hope the new man can work miracles with a team that he met four days before the biggest match of the season?
Is the plan to have no plan and write off a hard fought season?
    See you all at Wembley!

It's the same plan it has been since they took over, make strange, amateurish decisions and then cross fingers and toes and hope it works out.

Maybe the calibre of manager available is dictated to by the division we are in next season tho.

But I'm becoming more and more bemused by the timing of Collins departure, I honestly cannot see the point of it. It looks more and more like a knee jerk reaction with no real planning in place. It is not a good look on the BFC board, I don't think the people running the club are up to job

Probably same plan they had when they eventually caved in and sacked Collins before our previous ‘biggest game of the season’

I’m at the point that I’m no longer surprised at anything. Normally I’d say we surely won’t appoint a new manager before we know which league we’ll be in but neither did I think we’d sack Collins before the end of the season.

Suppose best people to ask are those that verbally abused Collins at Lincoln, Burton & Blackpool. They seem to know who they want to ‘**** off’ , maybe they have a contingency plan in place?

This. I wasn’t against Collins being sacked, but one would have hoped we’d have been professional enough to have someone lined up.
    They haven’t a clue.

Has a team ever gone into the play-offs with no permanent manager?

The abuse was unacceptable, but come on it's the board that have made the decision. Nobody forced them to do anything.

They've seen the performances and results spiral for weeks/months and have access to everything behind the scenes such as training etc and chose to do nothing.

It's on them, they are failing and do not look like they are capable of running a club at this level.

It’s Top Secret only the chosen few know the real plan , a bit like announcing the players of the year after the match

Seem to remember the club admitted not so long ago that it found it difficult to attract candidates for the coach's job. Perhaps something to do with money (lack of), not much control, and trigger happy board. I suspect the knock back for our latest Austrian has left them up the creek without a paddle. Some of the other names being touted are ridiculous.

Very naive to think decisions aren’t influenced by supporters.
