I‘m pleased they’ve added the digital bit. You always could show it on your phone but it used to just say Print at Home which got a lot of people confused. It’s much clearer now.
I know it's early but how are the sales going I can't get a ticket until tomorrow so can't access the map. Not worried about getting one just wondered in general how it's going
Bought my ticket about 2 hrs ago but no email, which usually comes immediately. Anyone else having this issue?
Queue less than an hour. got 3 season tkt holder tickets and 3 guest...they are printing the guest tkts but putting season tkt holders on your existing pass...lets hope it works at the turnstile.
Reading the comments on our Facebook account article about tickets going on sale, it looks like quite a few season ticket holders haven't got their ticket.
Went for the postage option so hopefully there’s enough time to sort that out (must be otherwise why would they offer it?) If not I guess we’re in the box office Friday evening!
What I found confusing is that you have to click into the notifications in order to select your own seat. Had I not read that on here, I'd have been none the wiser.
Yep, but that doesn't mean they're not going! We've got 6 seats together. My brother bought 4 tickets this morning but because of the way the system works couldn't get two of the kids' tickets as they appear to be linked to my account. Except online I can't buy them for some reason! Need to phone up later but need to find a gap in the work day!
Just did mine online. Clicked print at home/digital. Took about a minute. Email came with a pdf file for print at home and links for Apple Pay and Google Wallet. Put straight into Google Wallet. Sorted.
