Mine shows in account history too. The problem is, I'm wondering if someone else will be able to buy the tickets tomorrow, when season ticket holders' seats are no longer being held.
Been down for ours and queuing for about 30 minutes outside box office , not too much optimism from people in the queue.
I've pressed on resend email in my account history and got it sent this time. May have been a glitch with ticketmaster.

Do the people in the queue have special circumstances? I thought the days of queueing for hours were behind us.
I suspected there may have been problems online so I went to Box Office at about 1.45 to buy my 3 seats and queued for 50 minutes. Service was excellent and was given the choice of actual tickets or having them put on current season cards. Job done !!
Correct. So in theory tomorrow should see the blue dots from today + and season ticket holders which haven't secured their seat.
Had the same problem. Couldn't for the life of me work it out. Figured it in the end. You have to set their entry in your network to 'Manage'. But they have to approve it. To do that, activate their online account, even if that means using your email address again with a different password. Once in, in their network, you click the acceptance for you to manage their tickets. Then when you log back in as yourself the notification link will have 2 tickets in it. It's a right bloody faff. But got there eventually. And it is set up now for future tickets I need to buy for him.
Does anyone know if getting the paper / digital option also adds to your physical season card please?
Mine's taking a while. Did the box office actually do anything or do I just need to give it more time?
