Though unfortunately I can't go (work), the Play Offs are one of those aren't they? Can't help but get the jitterbugs.
I'm starting to feel some pangs of excitement. Literally anything can happen in the playoffs. Poor form goes out of the window, a fresh start. Objectively, we'll probably lose, especially over two legs. But if we do pull a victory out of the bag, it wouldn't be a massive surprise, such is the unpredictability of the playoffs.
Winner of Yesterday’s Quiz feature on Radio One just chose Seven Nation Army as his song choice. It’s a sign! Sat in car now before going into work getting giddy.
I'm bricking it now. Decided to listen to NTT20s preview of the play offs on the drive in, and they've convinced me there's absolutely no chance of a result tonight. Though one of them's best bet was McAtee to score anytime.
I weirdly don’t feel any nerves at all. Might be linked to my expectations. I’ll be all in come kick off though.
I'm not being negative Nelly, but I'm still feeling meh. Was buzzing last year. I've got my ticket and am praying I get some sort of buzz before leaving here at 4.30. Hopefully my designated driver is buzzing and motivated and it inspires me to feel it and sing my heart out. Edit. Obviously still hoping we pull it off and get a result.
Am gonna be in mi seat thinking I'm nice and calm ...then the players walk out and boooom..nerves go.
I’m really excited for it now. Form doesn’t matter. Nights like this is why I watch football. Makes up for all those cold Tuesday night matches in December. COYR!
Radio 2 like the rest of us cool kids I don't mind Radio 1 but the big boss Aled Jones who's come a long way since being the butt of jokes on the Chris Moyles show is rather obsessed with making sure people don't present alone.
