Sorry, but that is a bit Wednesday. If he gets them promoted he'll presumably have an affinity with the club and the players. He could well feel he's part way through the job and wants to help establish them in League One. Y' know, loyalty and all that. Maybe he'll look at things and feel that they're a well run club that have provided him with support and a career path. Conversely he could look at our record of changing head coach and 50% of the squad every year and think we're a basket case of a club.

There is absolutely zero chance of Duff joining us. He's passionate about promoting Irish football and manages Shelbourne for the love of the local game, not money. There is nothing Barnsley can offer him which is of interest.
