    Meanwhile Attendance FC #2 have sold 20,000 for Wembley, and their fans are now worried they won’t break 25k

    Yep reading there forum they think they will be massively outnumbered by Oxford and will struggle to shift 25k. They did go Wembley last season too.

    Expected more to be sold by Oxford too. Seems both clubs are similar to plenty of ours about not being bothered about going.

    Were they? I don't remember that bud. I thought it was a fantastic day - the Oxford fans were brilliant, the ones we encountered anyway. Had a little bit of a soft spot for them ever since. Shown how classy they were compared to a month later playing Millwall...

    The pigs haven't averaged over 30,000 in a season since 1968, biggest myth in Yorkshire football their attendances. I think they're more hyped up by the rest of Yorkshire's teams.

    I agree. Two of them got on the train down from Donny in their Oxford shirts. Never saw a whiff of trouble before or after the game. Family club of the year a month later though..

    Yes they were great on the day, but there was the usual social media stuff. There was a Facebook group set up for both sets of fans in the run up. They took great delight in how many they’d sold.

    I’m talking about in the run up. Both sets of fans were great on the day, but there was the usual social media silliness during the build up. Not just ticket sales related either.

    Yep, but it was their first trip there for ages, ticket prices from what I remember were absolutely reasonable, and people generally had a lot more spare cash in 2016.
