Definitely. I doubt it's the only sport either. To clarify, I'm not saying it's always the result that's rigged but when there are so many aspects of sport that can be bet upon it's naive to assume that there's no outside influence being exerted.
I’ve got absolutely zero interest. I’m old enough to remember when boxing was a sport and not the circus it is nowadays.
My prediction is it will be a 12 round fight, no knock down never mind knock out, cagey, measured and Fury leaning, pushing, ducking and spoiling for the full fight. And winning by a reasonable points margin. I don’t have a dodgy stick and I’m not paying £25 for it. So I’ll not see it.
George fast asleep in bed. What times fight start? Mum's watching repeats of Grantchester on ITV 3. (Any excuse to change channel).
Would like Usyk to win. He's just such a classy boxer. But I do think Tyson will be too big and will get the better of him but I do think it'll go the distance. Fury hasn't been that good in some of his recent fights, but he often ups his game for the big ones like this.
I wish lol. No George won't settle without me there. If he wakes up and I'm not in vicinity he won't go back to sleep. Already braced for 4:30 start. Never settled here mate.
Good warm up fight that just ended. It's much better getting to watch the big fights live at a reasonable hour rather than 5 am in Vegas. I am watching a DAZN link with Kate Abdo, Joseph Parker and David Haye. Always good to hear Todd Grisham on commentary from his WWE days.
I've had a dabble on the draw at 12/1. Boxing politics being what it is, if it goes the distance then I can see it being called a draw as I do think it'll be a close contest.
You wouldn’t know it from the Sky commentators who are desperate for an Usyk win. But Fury’s won every second of the first 3 rounds.
