The biggest of last season in league one was our visitors. Next season we should make much more cash off away followings with who has come up and down. https://x.com/FBAwayDays/status/1795202342905651451?ref_src=twsrc^google|twcamp^serp|twgr^tweet
Think I read somewhere that there was an average of just short of a thousand away supporters at oakwell last season
Overall depending on when fixtures drop ( midweek) away followings will be bigger, lost Derby but Rotherham, Hudds, Birmingham, Mansfield, Wrexham etc will fetch more than Cheltenham etc
I wish we could all go back to 80 ….oh to be 25 again and watching the most exciting team we’ve had !
I went AWOL, from my unit in 1981 to watch us play Man City, hitched it from Wiltshire to Yorkshire in Uniform and the back again after the game, brilliant, and it was and still is one of the greatest days of my life, worth every day of my 7 in nick, great times.
Not quite as dramatic, but I finished work at 5 in Cambridge and drove up to Barnsley, then to my mum's to watch it on the BBC then drove back to Cambridge getting to bed at 2am. The trip to Liverpool was also "quite interesting"....
Ahhh yes the Daniel Stendel days. Surprised you're only in your early 30s though as I had you down as older
