Chef goes to Chicago to help his brother who died ,to get his cafe up and running. Great acting ,good music score, and great storyline. Addictive half way thru season 2 ,started watching Sunday.
Just done both series. Only way I can describe it is, its brilliant but never have I watched anything that makes me as toe curlingly anxious as this.
It's absolutely perfect. Everybody watches that and sees bits of their own family. It's funny, sad, eye opening & just f.cking brilliant. Gonna watch em again.
Yo Boss, in the words of Del Boy... "Well it's about a bl*oody rabbit, what do you think it's about!" . Tbh I've never heard of it either, what is it actually about ? lol.
I think his terminology is correct. Like when Dr. Who got rebooted, it's a new series. A new season means the next row of episodes? Or did I got it mixed up?
Looking forward to it. Its utterly captivating television, but trying to describe why isn't easy. "A chef takes over his late brother's restaurant" or whatever variation on this you can try to come up with to explain the basic plot outline just doesn't do it justice.
It's a combination of the story, the development of the characters and community through the series & the music is f.cking incredible. Imho obvs.
