    The worst part was the fact I went to a Bundesliga game in it and had to keep telling all the German fans I didn't support them and they're $h!t :D

    When I was about 14, maybe 15 I was seeing this lass from Stocksbridge area. Her family were crazy Wednesday fans. On my birthday she bought me a ticket to watch Wednesday vs Watford. Marlon King scored the only goal. Amazing birthday present.

    My daughter (Barnsley Fan) going out with a Wednesday fan went along to a Wednesday match and was given his sisters shirt to go in. The club photographer taking pictures of the crowd managed to capture the couple together. The club then used the photo for the front cover for their merchandise catalogue.

    The are married now and I have two lovely granddaughters one of which has a Wednesday shirt.

    Lol. We forced my niece's husband to be (now wed) to wear a Barnsley one on his stag do last year. Just after the.play off final. He's a wendy, (she's Barnsley btw) Took it in his stride tbf. Didn't put up a fight, there were too many of us lol.

    In answer to the op's question. Absolutely not. Some things are more important than money. Promise. ( he says with fingers crossed behind his back. :D)
