    What a performer. Great songs, Stunning show. If anyone has got tickets for liverpool. Or any other tour gig, You're in for a treat.

    Great support acts too. Glad we got in early for Gayle. Knew nowt about her/them but worth a look. The Script as good as expected.

    Must mention Tottenham Ground. Stunning outside, even more so inside massive chill out bars and food sections. Pricey but no more than I expected. Moretti £7.50 a pint.

    Gayle had one of the biggest songs of the year when she released ABCDEFU. Pink is a great performer. Like most acts I find her earlier stuff to be much better.

    Saw Pink on Saturday.
    Unfortunately it was a tribute act at the oasis bar in Skegvegas.
    It's fair to say that while she knew a lot of the words for most of the songs, the original artist is safe for now

    Random fact about abcdefu. It was popular because of a lot of careful staging and hard work to fool people. she and her record label used her tiktok account to interact with people with record label employees replying to comments pretending tocbe gayle so she got a large following of people who were interacting. Then a post was made on her account pretending she was short of song ideas and asking for fans to come up with an idea.
    One of her team pretending to be a fan then suggested something using letters of the alphabet and so Gayle pretended to be busy trying to write a song that fitted, the song was already written and the marketing employee chose a theme that matched the song. A few days later Gayle posted a video of her "coming up with" the chorus.
    The engagement from her followers and others who had seen the tiktoks meant that there was considerable interest on them platform for the new song so when she revealed the finished song it was extremely popular once app.
    Next stage was making it a sound that others could post tiktok videos using and suddenly you've got millions of people hearing your song daily.

    A genius idea to turn someone from a nobody to a star in one song.

    If you are a singer or in a band these days and you want success get on tiktok. Get a part of your song that has a catchy section or some relevant lyrics and make a sound from it. Make clever short tiktoks using that sound (or pay others to) and it's a recipe for almost guaranteed success

    ABBA voyage tonight mate. And my favourite, Cyndi lauper next week at Royal Albert Hall. She's doing Glastonbury. Check her out you may be surprised. Still like Heavy rock/Metal mate as well lol. As said I'm fortunate to shack up at sons in london. So helps not having to pay for digs.

    TikTok is a key marketing tool for musicians and they’re finding lots of different ways to engage with fans with ‘organic’ content. It’s nothing new, and doesn’t always work, but if you end up with a trending sound you’re all but guaranteed a hit.
