There's a difference between vision & reality. I don't think it's right to say there's no system & vision but it's not really working now. I don't think I recall seeing Trippier get past his winger on the left mind.
To be fair we do do some quick passing. It usually involves two of our players being face to face five yards apart, the first gives it to the second who immediately gives it back with his first touch changing absolutely zero. Also in fairness we're not the only team that does it. Scientific possession at all costs football. You have to love it.
Trippier is hindered by being right footed and playing on the left - he's naturally going to overlap less, but potentially underlap more
