Last update, got email from the police confirming that it was my bike that they found and it appears to be complete and almost undamaged (chain broken apparently).

    Final update.

Got my bike back today :):)
The chain was broken but I've put a new one on, the pannier bag has gone along with a spare inner tube, lock and tools. The electrical connectors on the dynamo are damaged, the chain was wrapped round it, but i can solder wires onto them i think. Dynamo lamps still on. Bike pump, battery front lamp and rear view mirror all still there.

    Pretty good result really....

Glad to hear you're almost sorted, mate. I don't know if your bike is wild or blue, but this always makes me want to get out there and pedal like hell...

It's red (of course :)), being as I bought it new in 2012 and could choose the colour....
