Who you voting for then? It's always interesting to know the spread, and it'll be more honest if it's done anonymously. If people want to comment then they can. I'm in the Rawmarsh and Conisbrough Ward and I'll be voting Labour. I'm not truly enamoured with everything about them, but I just want rid of the current mob - and I'm worried about the rise of Reform. I would ideally want to vote Green, but it's sadly a wasted vote. Over to you!
I am voting Labour in the Osset and Denby Dale ward. I couldn't vote for a party who cannot be bothered to post a leaflet to look through so that rules out anyone but Labour, Conservatives and Reform. She's far from perfect with her water company past when our rivers and beaches are disgusting, but she isn't the other two. Mark Eastwood my current MP for the tories has been a mixed bag.
In the same sorta mindset. Have always gone Labour but their offering just seems a bit meh! I like some of the green party ideas but think they would indeed trash the economy again for the sake of net zero and our tiny impact in terms of the earth. If they were a bit more realistic, maybe. So likely to be better the devil so to speak.
I've had Reform and Labour leaflets through my door. I imagine you'll know which of those I'll be voting for! My daughter is doing a postal ballot as she's home on polling day and we had fun doing guess the party by the candidates name. I got nearly all of them right.
Labour or Lib Dem. Late decision for me. Not voted Labour for years and still not convinced but probably going to go that way. I don't think the conservatives will recover from this election so I am hoping a new party springs up with a genuine manifesto, morals and people. The era of corrupt public schoolboys whose sole method of governing includes looking after Surrey, Oxfordshire, the Square Mile and themselves, is hopefully consigned to history.
Starmers a wet lettuce, rishi hasn't a clue, is lord sutch still about ? Wouldn't want to waste a vote
If Starmers first choice for foreign sec is David Lammy it won't be a good start. Political joke that fella. Would be nice to see plenty of Northern MP's on the front bench.
The boundary is crazy. Two places nowhere near one another. Jade Botterill will win, but Mark Eastwood has plenty of supporters too. It might be one of the closest ones anywhere.
I'm in a new boundary constituency. Previously you could stick a blue rosette on a pigs head and it'd win with a huge majority. With the new boundary it'll probably still be the pig winning, just with a lesser majority. I'd vote Green with a different system, as it is, it'll be Labour and hope the the toffs get complacent.
Vote Labour in the Penistone and Stocksbridge constituency if no other reason than to get shut of Tory nutjob Miriam Cates
