Providing he’s in a financial position to do so. Didn’t she leave him? I’d argue he wants 50/50 care but doesn’t allow this, like a lot do unfortunately. The system is only fit for women.
It really isn't. Courts will.apply 50/50 of its in the best interests of the child ans it's becoming more common. However, too many mainly men duck out of paying child maintenance. It's the child that matters, not who left who.
Bit of a black and white view. Have you thought that he may not want to fund his adulterous girlfriend and her new boyfriend’s lifestyle, whilst having minimal access to the child? This is pure speculation. But from what I’ve read from him in the past, he is a devoted and caring father.
So they're not funding his child at all? Is his child living off fresh air? No one should begrudge paying for their child
Agree. Stephen has always come across this way, wanting what's best for his child. I think it's unfair to cast aspertions on him - even if he did vote Tory last time
I'm obviously not but I'm assuming his child is housed, fed and clothed as a minimum because he's not posted anything to the contrary.
Ample evidence of the unfair nature of our bonkers electoral system. It's not fit for purpose and need serious reform.
Not commenting on SD situation but. Paying for a child should be irrelevant to how much access you have.
Apparently this will likely be the most unequal election ever in the UK according to the Gallagher Index.
I’m guessing like a lot of fathers in this scenario he doesn’t begrudge paying for the child but does begrudge paying for the adults in the house.
I think you’ve missed the point. Giving the mother an extra £100 does not mean the child gets £100 more spent on them…. But let’s wait for SD to respond.
They changed boundaries a bit round us. Reform got around 10k votes in Normy ,fev hemsworth and in Pone and cas. Which is about 5k less than the Tory's got in each last election. Though voting Down at least 10k in each constituency this time
