Me I’m off looking firward to seeing Rosadocs, Andrew Cushin, and especially Jamie Webster. Don’t mind the Reytons and little man Tate will be fairly new to me.
Usually is according to someone I know who works for the police - if you have kids, don't let them out of your sight!
Seen Rosasocs before, very good they are. Not bothered about Lucy Spraggan, but match is on same time as her.
Bad day tomorrow for gigs clashing with the England game. Robbie Williams is doing BST at Hyde Park with Gaz Coombes and Seal drawing the short straws.... https://www.timeout.com/london/news...imings-and-everything-you-need-to-know-070524 Kasabian have their homecoming gig at Victoria Park with the Kaiser Chiefs as main support.... https://www.visitleicester.info/whats-on/kasabian-6-july-live-in-victoria-park-p951621
They have put a large screen on for the football, clashes with Lucy Spraggan and the comedy hour. That said it’s on BBC so I should be able to watch on my phone
The Clifton park gig means I’ve got to take our lass to work and pick her back up at half ten at night as the roads are closed beyond Tesco and she’s worried she’ll not get parked anywhere. So no match beers for me tomorrow. I’m not sure watching England completely dry will be good for my blood pressure.
I'm going last minute .com My sons mate dropped out ,ok for 20 quid. Looking forward to Jamie Webster . But reading the thread optimism about the support bands
Saw The Cure at Hyde Park 2018 , England were playing Sweden I think , was happy to miss that game , got to see Interpol, editors and The Cure. Almost a dream line up for me
What a day that was yesterday, so well organised I went more for the support rather than the Reytons but they were very good. Tried watching the match on my phone rather than going to the big screen but battery issues then signal meant I couldn’t, didn’t want to lose our spot. Lucy Spraggan was a surprise she was really good.
It was really good wasn’t it . I also knew more about the support acts than the Reytons but they were very good. A great story really for a set of lads to pack out their home town park with 20,000 fans.
I’ve never seen as many Flares as I did for their first song (Red Smoke). I can tell this morning throats raspy and heads sore, not from booze either I can’t drink currently
