    Through in straight sets, broke serve umpteen times. Good to see her injury and demon free and looking so happy.

    Understandable, if her and Murray had won the mixed doubles (they wouldn’t have), she’d have won £65,000, by getting to the 4th round she’s already won £226,000 another win and it’s £375,000, why jeopardise that by risking injury just so Murray can bask in a sentimental farewell?

    shame, but obviously the right decision. her priority is the singles, and given her recent injury history, totally understandable.

    Funny how they did all the hugs with the past players on the court, then they followed him inside and they all hugged again! Never anything but a good role model for tennis, has great respect from fellow and former players too.
