I’m sure the Stags will sell out their allocation whatever the price so the club will do well at that price. Shame though that it will put off many home fans
Bonkers pricing. Thing is, away following will suffer too, as clubs will just match what we charge them. Given all the extra games that are gonna be on tv, you'd think we'd be keen on trying summat to get bums on seats. Guess fans aren't really all that important.
FROM 27 quid for a third division Friday night game on the TV? Won't be many daft enough to pay that. Also stop with the categories. Our fans go to watch us so the price should always be the same and the categories give our opposition a lift either because we rate them highly or we rate them lowly and use it as extra motivation to do us.
Twenty’s plenty. As others have said we could shoot our selves in the foot here. Would fancy Mansfield to fill the away end initially but the price, it being Friday night, and it being on telly, the reality might be very different.
That's absolutely disgraceful pricing. £27 on TV against Mansfield (no disrespect to Mansfield fans) on a Friday night I genuinely believe the club have chalked **** on getting any more fabs through the door and are happy with dwindling crowds of existing season ticket holders with the income propped up from TV money and potential overseas shirt sales.
Since 1984, we've only had one season with them, 2002/03. It'll be a new team for the kids to shout scab at.
I know you're joking because of my marvelous typing error but they'd make an absolute fortune selling stuff like that in the warmer months
