Did anyone get to this on Saturday?. Both bands on top form but Suede were the winners on the day for me. Brilliant night.

Didn't go but seen msp before and they were amazing . Can't remember what they were celebrating at the time but they played 38 songs . They played 19 songs had an interval then played another 19

I was there. Great performances by both bands, and as a long time manics fan even I have to admit Suede's set had a bit more to it. Maybe helps being the closer in these co-headline slots.

Bloody hell though, Millennium Square is an awful place to hold gigs. Never going there again, no matter how much I want to see a band.

I was there too and agree with all of this.

toilets were a disaster , I guess rain didn’t help.

I went to the back to basics thing there a few years ago and thought just going to Wetherspoons would have been a better idea, as it looks down over the gig…..

I was I’d done that for the manics too!

I thought both were good but Suede managed to lift the crowd a bit more

what toilets? We got there quite early and were therefore wedged in front of the stage for 8 hours :)

There were definitely some portaloos there as I braved them. In hindsight @Chef Tyke is right, the sea was a much better bet.
