    A wing back who nobody has any idea whether he's a full back or a winger. Didn't we have one of those in Clarke Odour?!

    Having said that if he's got a bit of pace that can never be a bad thing. Cadden isn't outstanding defensively plus he's not very quick, but he still did well for us. Hoping he's an upgrade and that Birmingham have been hasty in binning him off. If Robbo has seen something in him that's fine by me.

    Brum are splashing the cash if reports are to be believed they are signing a second 1m+ left back so even there cast offs might be half decent. We can't afford the finished article so he's going to have to improve,like the fact he has pace something we've lacked in all positions in what seems like forever.

    The club posted it as a tweet in that way after the Port Vale 7-0 win on the first day of last season, a bit of an implied dig that they didn't need to.

    Should be a good signing this. He's probably not ready for the championship, but still at a good age to develop. None of the comments from Birmingham fans seem to say that he won't be up to league 1, and it seems he's been pushed out more by their new owners insistence on splashing the cash, rather than being out of his depth.

    We've had players in the past who we've let go upon relegation, who have gone on to have steady careers in the league above. Matty Pearson springs to mind, and to a lesser extend, Jason McCarthy.

    I agree. DC has already claimed that he hopes we’d have a couple in this week before the training camp and this strong Longelo rumour has been on the go for a week or so, so if indeed he does sign, this fella on Twitter looks as though he has some inside info where in truth, any of us could’ve put the same “ITK” tweet out knowing full well there’s a pretty good chance of us making said signing. I’d bet this guy knows as much as us and doing this for likes and interactions. That’s cynical me:)
