Dyer offside???? I want VAR to have a look at it. Sir Bobby celebrating the goal wildly in front of his fans in the north stand and again at full time. Gorre should have had at least one goal. Dunno how we lost that game.
I'll be in front of the telly, on holiday, in Northumberland; unless I get the Lindisfarne tides wrong .
Don’t think many of us care about the categories, just the pricing. No way I’m paying £27 for a game I can watch for free on Sky. If it had been a reasonable price I would have gone.
Two from northern Britain will be attendence - picking the old man up at the border before driving south. A new season and looking forward to it.
I thought at least two touches from Mansfield players before Bruce poked it in and their pen was a bit suspect as well. Gorre and Betsy wasted good chances to win it though. We really did have a good side then.
Missing the opener; working on that Olympics. And the second one, as it happens - test cricket, unless it finishes inside 3 days again
I can recall them bringing about 150 for a third division game in 79/80. Following year in the League Cup about 60 came up.
You £60 dodgy stick from a mate of a mate from down the pub who will connect it for a couple of pints reds.
And didn't we also win the return game at theirs 0-1, in that '02 season. Also, was it near or just after Easter ?.
This was as of Friday 26th July, so it looks like we can sell at least 5000 in the north again! Still a 1000 down from when it first opened! We've already sold over 2,300 tickets from our initial allocation of 3,941 for the club's first match of the season at Barnsley on Friday 09 August (8pm). We've now received an additional 1,007 tickets for the contest.
I get your point but are you saying £27 and I think it is £29 on the day is the right price point. If yor average out a season ticket I think its around £14 per game why should it be nearly double, season ticket should be the cheapest of course but the price differenceI is ridiculous.
I think we've given them 1,000 based on the rate they've sold the other tickets, and probably could have given more if they'd sold them quicker. Though that's only a presumption too. I read yesterday that they've now sold 3,000. I reckon they'll probably shift a couple hundred more. Probably about 14,000 there on Friday then.
