Anyone got any suggestions? Josh Coburn is one of mine. Harry Leonard if Blackburn would loan him out.
I’m playing Snooker with Josh’s Uncle tomorrow night. If I told him that, he’d laugh his tits off I’m afraid. We’ve more change of signing Messi.
Very much doubt we'd get Coburn, I imagine he will be in & around the Middlesbrough squad again regularly this season or at least a championship club on loan. Great player
Coburn would be great if they'd loan him. Joe Taylor is the one on loan I'd really want though. Ladapo on a permanent deal for a couple of years would be fine imo. Need to push boat out and get DKD too and play him just behind Cosgrove like McAtee did last season Could possibly take a gamble on Jake Young from Bradford. Was on fire at swindon early last season but then got injured after being recalled by Bradford. Only 22
Nope, another striker needed, but will it happen [ will it fook ], then i'd be happy with what we've got, we'd av to be.
I'd bring in a couple of nippy outside strikers. One to cover Jalo and another to play on the left. Then select Marsh or Cosgrove or Watters in the middle.
Sometimes you av to make do with what you've got, last neight was ok, not the best, a few tweaks ere an there.
How old does Marshy need to be until he is given his chance? Why bring in another striker to put Marsh further back in the pecking order? How can Marsh prove he is ready without actually giving him a sustained run in the team and enough minutes on the pitch? Exactly same for Cosgrove Watters and Jalo. Someone made a really hood point that we may end up watching these players scoring 20 goals in a season for someone else. I've watched every game and I know for a fact our 4 strikers up to this point have not been given a sustained run in the team to cement their place. We could bring some one else who is no better but because they are new they get the shirt.
