Can we have an atmosphere like that for the football

I know, I had to queue for the loo! Not so many children though. I enjoyed the night but that was more because I was supporting Callum than the boxing itself.

Maybe we could have a boxing ring in the centre circle set up by Sky tv so we know it will be good, and have world famous boxers slugging it out whilst the football match is on.

Only season that would have worked was when Val was here, we bypassed the centre circle that year.

 

Callum has got to be there on Friday night hasn't he, with his title belt.
Give him the pre match introduction and build up he deserves, and get our fans going and in the right mood, right from kick off.

 

Knowing us we will have him as half time entertainment when stands are empty with people going to the toilet or catering.

Although I enjoyed the boxing, some of the people attending need to have a word with themselves.

Why pay £65 just to turn up alread paraletic and then with a family sat behind them, I watched them just stand up, light up, play fight with each other and told the family to f off behind them when they said they couldn't see with them standing on the seats etc, just spoilt the night really. I think if I did it again, I'd have to shell out for either hospitality or summat to hope that rules out the morons.

Also a lot of drugs changing hands! Folk smoking weed in the stands as well. Just as we arrived, the two coppers with the dogs had just arrested someone with 20 bags of cocaine.

Then after the event, did anyone else see the scrapping outside?

Like I said, enjoyed the sporting event and what was trying to be achieved but those fairly large sections of the crowd spoilt it I'm afraid.

Well done to Simpson, well deserved win. As for the McKenna fight, absolute carnage at that pace, fantastic boxing.
