By the way heads up to everyone, apparently there's something planned at the town hall on Thursday at 1pm.

Asian gangs with swords roaming around Birmingham, and the mobs are attacking vehicles with non Muslims inside them.

No police presence whatsoever.

Yeah. This does absolutely nothing to dispel what's going around about two tier policing if it continues without police presence or mass reporting. The lad in the balaclava going round slashing tires whilst people are driving, must be terrifying to be in those cars.

It needs to be handled otherwise its just going to be more ammunition for the far right thuggery.

 

The suggestion seems to be the Birmingham protest and riot targets were leaked to the Muslim community. Lots of white guys mouthing off while holding camera phones hoping to provoke attacks from the Muslim men out protecting their communities but very little actually happening.

The videos on X again are very grainy but don't seem to show serious violence. Mostly shouting and handbags that i've seen. No signs of police in any videos so far but I suspect they are positioned near the list of 'arson' targets on the list that's being floated around twitter (mostly mosques and community buildings in Muslim areas)

 

Unfortunately it plays right into what the rioters have been saying regarding “two tier policing”. It’ll be interesting to see how the PM responds to the violence there. He has to nail it and word it correctly, because I seriously fear what the response will be if he doesn’t.

And disturbingly, Heartlands hospital.

There is not a copper in site and it is frightening. I'm not being sensationalist when I say this,cand I am not there, but our 2nd city looks under siege tonight.

Can I ask where this has come from? I’ve just read something totally different that’s all.

 

The country is a tinderbox at the minute. If what is being said about Birmingham is true then the police absolutely need to establish order. It feels like we're one serious injury or death away from full chaos.

It is interesting how some people who had nothing to say about the extended disorder of the past few days are quick to jump on unverified reports about Birmingham.

 

All I'll say and it's my last post on the matter. Keep giving these mad nutters credence and they'll lap it up. Starmer really impressed me thus far since he came into office. He'll sort it.
