The missus was in tarn today and everyone was talking about there being a (far right) march congregating at the Town Hall on Thursday. Anyone else heard similar or is it just more mis-information?
This march cannot be allowed to happen even if it is sold as a peaceful march. The police need to stamp it out immediately. Our town does not need this. Happy to debate this with anyone who thinks this march should be allowed to happen.

Hopefully the fact that some of the Sunderland idiots are already in prison will deter em. If not hopefully their will be a counter protest.
This may or may not be true. Similar rumours circulating about Huddersfield today which came to nothing but businesses closed to be on the safe side and diverted police resources already stretched painfully thinly.

Good to see two dozen before the courts yesterday and the vast majority remanded in custody - either for trial or for sentence. Apparently total arrests are now approaching 400 and more will be made on a daily basis as the huge amount of footage is scrutinized. Hopefully, exemplary sentences will be imposed as the cases are gradually finalized.
The protester arrested in Sheffield on Sunday was crying for his mum when he appeared in court yesterday. Remanded in custody for a few weeks until sentencing.
Agree.... And if you can get sentenced to 4+ years for peacefully sitting on a motorway, then arson, assaulting police and public order race related violence should be far far more.
