Not sure why people keep suggesting Radford is super rich, in football terms he’s nowhere near. Valued at an est £50m but a lot of that is in property.
Also doesn't matter how rich the owner is. What matters is how rich the club are, if they've spent a lot on wages/fees of late, they will need to sell to balance books. They don't bring in loads through ticket sales, sponsors etc. so need to make money just like all the other clubs, that means player sales as we all know very well.
Player is in last year of his contract too I believe. Don’t see us paying £750k and I think there’ll be some brinksmanship going on towards the end of the window. £500k would be a decent deal for both parties if reports of us bidding that are true.
Seems like a game changer at the top end of the pitch that we’ve been crying out for but the longer we let it drag on for someone like a Huddersfield or a Bolton will swoop in and take him you watch.

I don't, things like this will happen all the time. But he looks like a player that would 100% add something to our squad. If it's is about 200k, just do it and don't risk him being snapped up elsewhere.

Mmn where to start with that response So ticket money and merch money etc, maybe is part of my money. But I'd rather see 200k invested not thrown away. This guy could add the goals we need to possibly get out of the division. Risk V Reward, and I think the prior outweighs the latter. But I suppose you would rather see us lose 7 to 8 million per year minimum by being in League 1. We cannot be completely risk averse. Edit:- It may not even be true that the fee has been hiked up or even if we are back in for DKD. Pretty sure that nobody on this forum is ITK to any extent.
I'm inclined to agree with you. His goals and assists record from last season suggests £750k could very well be a bargain. I certainly wouldn't be surprised if another club thinks the same.
