Just bought my lad the grey/silver away with the sponsor on.

    Large men’s.

    Looks really smart close up.

The grey one is so so bad it looks like a stray sock has gone in with the white washing, think it’s worst away shirt we’ve ever had.

Because the kits are incredibly bland without a sponsor.

    Completely disagree. Think it’s great.

Daughter has her eye on the purple keeper one.

I quite like the cream and orange keeper shirt.

My son and I went into the club shop about 15 mins before kick off - the A38 and M1 were busy yesterday! We intended buying 3 shirts, home for me and home and away for him. We tried to buy them last Saturday before the boxing but they didn't have any with the sponsor on and told us we'd need to bring them back for it to be added. However the assistant also said there'd be some pre-printed with the sponsor available last night. Unfortunately all the home shirts had gone by then so we were back into the discussion about when we'd be able to bring them back for printing at reception. I said I'd buy online but was then reminded that they'll turn up without the sponsor on. So 2 sales lost there.
They did have an away shirt pre-printed and my son said he'd have that. Unfortunately they wouldn't take the cash he brought to pay for it and whilst I said I'd pay on card his general disappointment in how difficult the process was meant he made the decision to walk away. Another sale lost.
At the till next to us another guy wanted to pay cash - another sale lost.
Really disappointing that the process to buy shirts from the shop is so difficult. I doubt we'll try again - it just feels like the club don't want the business. I know btw that it's probably because of Fanatics but ultimately the club own the relationship with its fans and it's damaging that and costing the club money.
To make matters worse last night, when we went to the turnstiles my son got in straight away. I didn't - card not recognised. Despite receiving an email confirming it had been added to my existing card, it hadn't been. I'd left my glasses in the car so couldn't see to get it in my google wallet either so had to ring my son - who was by this time walking up to his seat expecting me to follow, to ask him to come back down, meet me at the turnstiles and find it.
I know people are trying to make improvements at the club. But it so frustrating that so many things seem to go wrong.

Glad to read them not accepting cash is costing them money and people aren't just giving in by paying on card :)

Bonkers that. Just the three months to make sure there were plenty in stock for the opening game.

Amateur football clubs are run better than us off the field. It's an absolute ******* shambles, no desire to improve at anything. Are we suppose to accept things as they are?! The club should be ashamed of the mess they've become off the field.
Season after season it's the same issues and mistakes repeated from a so called "professional" football club.
