    I've heard Preston are looking at Clarke as a replacement and willing to pay tje £25 release clause.

    It's a joke BTW it's not true I have just made that up.

    Just looking at the stats from their 2-0 defeat, there’s nothing to suggest they were really bad, and tbf they were playing a team that had just come down from the Prem.

    Timely reminder that no clubs perfect.

    Fair points guys. But you can see why you would never want to do it for a club you genuinely cared about. Also why they have no loyalty if a slightly better opportunity arises elsewhere.

    Clubs drop them like they're chain smoking cigs

    As ridiculous as it seems, I read they'd lost their last 5 league games of last season without scoring. So a bit more context to it, but you'd think you'd give him more time this season or have got rid at seasons end.

    Wonder how tight the purse strings are there and he’s decided to chalk **** on it after a heart to heart with the board? To be fair though, it’s a conversation that could have happened at the end of last season.
