Not accusations fact... He's been seen on more than one occasion doing it.

A moot point. But he has apparantly been charged with violent conduct. Not race hate. I'm guessing most, if not all, those sentenced will escape that conviction.
    Edit
one of the Hull lot has been charged under a race crime.

I get that mate. But unless proof is brought forward, and people are not prepared to provide statements. Where does it go. ?.
lots of incidents go unreported. Even the police would have difficulty in prosecuting someone without evidence. Do you think CCTV evidence is being ignored. If so, for what purpose. ?. I'm not for one minute saying folk are making it up.

Surely the stewards saw it? Against Bolton in Play Off attacking someone as they were being taken out? There's footage on YouTube...

Was editing my post as you replied.
I can't honestly answer that. If there is footage. Are the club aware. They seem to be up front about wanting folk reporting incidents.?. People can contact police anonymously if in fear of retribution.
And I'm not defending said person. If evidence is given and proof given. A banning order should follow.

Yes, but you're still against burning down hotels with the residents in them I assume? What happened at Manvers was horrific. If I owned the club I'd be studying the videos and dishing out banning orders to anyone in attendance. I fought my way through the vile 80s and 90s in the Ponty End, standing up against racism. Literally standing up against it, toe to toe with blokes and all their mates who are way tougher than I am.

Barnsley FC is supposed to be an inclusive community club. The people who did what they did at Manvers are not welcome.

That doesn't mean your point about bullying is not valid. But another thread, another time.

I emailed the club the night of the game regarding lots of incidents including the one mentioned and didn't receive a response.

Fair enough. One for the advisory board to question for me as to why not. They should have at least replied saying something in the line of, under investigation., minimum.

Fk me, it’s obviously a joke. I don’t really think that every single person who sits in the ponty end is a criminal.

    Just most of them.

Trouble is heir starma and his stormtroopers dont do jokes I agree causing damage arson robbery is not protesting and deserves punishment. I just think anyone with a voice and disbelief have now been silenced with fear of the establishment. Its crazy with these kangaroo courts on tv when there is a massive backlog of pedophilia and sex crimes with violence which most are bailed and walking the streets some for yrs before court dates which is more dangerous pedos or the ones which give voice against starma and co in his diversion tactics to fuel the matrix

And we will try again. It's much ******* easier and quicker to charge and process someone for lobbing a brick at a copper on camera than it is to gather evidence and build a case against someone committing a sex crime

You make valid points. I just don't think the football club should be banning people from attending for stuff they do outside of the football club. I think it's a slippery slope & incredibly difficult to manage. Let the courts deal with punishments and leave it at that. IMHO and all that.

Sorry mate you are dead wrong and Starmer's policy was correct. The reasoning of fast tracking the violent thugs through the courts was to deter more rioting. If he hadn't the backlog in the courts would have been extended. BTW using terms like Heir Starmer, Stormtroopers and Kangeroo courts does you no merit and adds nothing to your arguement.
