Next Saturday. So if you want to see a free Liberty X concert in a car park just behind the station along with some other random artists, then I'd suggest getting an early train. Overall it was a pretty good event last year, although there seemed to be some internal politics going on between some old queens, who were chuntering about the event having been hijacked by the trans crowd. "It's not as good as it used to be"!
Just come on here to post the same heads up about being busier than normal. Taking my Grandson to his first game(although we will be in the home end (family stand).
Hmmm, could be a bit of a comedown! In all seriousness though, I'm sure the thrill of watching an actual live game should have him hooked.
Just further on this for Saturday, if you are planning on driving avoid any roads that will take you near the City centre as they are closed for Pride. Also previously a few of you parked in Tentecroft Street and walked a straight to ground, that car park is not available either as is where the Concert is. Personally anyone looking at travelling my advice would be to park at Hykeham Train station which has free parking and get a 5 minute train into the station.
Main ones for traffic will be Newland & Tentecroft st. No exact times as described as ‘rolling closures’ https://www.lincolnshirelive.co.uk/news/lincoln-news/full-list-road-closures-pride-9483892
