With apologies to who have previously replied, please post your questions here. The previous thread was deleted by me upon a genuine request by someone I know. I will explain to Gally and Site Admin members but will not be saying anything further. Please trust me this was done for good reason.
The apology is from myself. I started a new job this week. In the various site visits and 'meet n greets' I met another Reds fan. One with 'seemingly' far more connection to the club than I have as a long distance fan. The BBS wasn't discussed, but he did mention a few things club related. It wasn't exactly 'in confidence' and I have no idea if what he was telling me was ITK or just waffle / banter. That being the case, I should not have posted hearsay. I have apologised to my colleague and fingers crossed I get to work a second week. Error of judgement on my part. My questions on digital and marketing remain and I will post said questions for FAB. Hoping for a good win this aft and progress continues on the pitch.
Jeez lads! OK... Can you ask them to explain the benefits of charging top dollar for pay on the day to the very few number of walk ins when they could charge a low rate and, hopefully, attract some new and potentially long term fans. Plus why do they insist on making the casual fan experience as awful as possible by giving them tickets for the far top corner of the East stand or the front row of the Ponty. They seem to do everything possible to deter casual supporters.
Why no full match replays? EFL says it's at each club's discretion & other clubs have made them available. This is a downgrade from last season & some of our fans are very unhappy (only highlights & extended highlights for Mansfield).
Carparking. Why is it actually worse than last season? How have you justified a price increase for the carpark? Why wasn't a price increase for the carpark communicated to carpark season ticket holders before they committed to buying their seat season ticket this trapping them and forcing them to pay the increased cost against their wishes?
Are the club satisfied with the current iFollow service they’re offering for both UK-based and overseas fans? If not, what improvements can we expect and when will they be implemented?
Could there be an element of fan-consultation with regards to kit design in future eg getting supporters to vote from a selection? Have we permanently changed club colours to Red shorts?
And was the reasons given by jaq genuine? That the kit washer can't handle white shorts and the women's team asked for the change to red?
I cancelled mine when the changes were announced at the end of last season. Judging by the abysmal commentary for the Mansfield game, I did right.
Don't forget the TV Can we ask why numerous shirt sizes were already out of stock for game 1. Why our official coaches are so expensive compared to pub coaches. Why they think people would pay 6.50 to be stood looking at breeze blocks drinking from a plastic cup, instead of staying in town. Why we have kept the club shop cashless when many people still seem to realise as it's gotta cost the club money not offering a choice of both.
When is the carpark wall that was damaged by a car in 2022 going to be finished? Have the club had the insurance payout in the last 2 years?
