He leaves with my best wishes but after all that early promise I'll simply remember him as the 3rd best Hungarian at Barnsley this century.
I've read the link. Does it mention the lad supposed to be coming our way. Sick of it jumping abart ads and sheite.
Faal 6 foot 4 striker. Scored the other day in EFL Cup. More than Watters and Marsh have done this season.
And Cole set up the goal for him that night, in that cup defeat. They have started well in the league, and they should have beat Leeds yesterday actually.
Ok I don't know owt about him, and that's why I posted 'Ohh dear' on this thread. But in fairness, he's not the out and out striker target, that we've been looking for is he.
I'm aware of that thanks. I'm questioning him coming our way. Permanent or loan. ? Or If at all. I wish Callum well. I certainly think the club played with his head, forcing him to sign that new contract to allow him to play at a higher level. Only an opinion not fact. Maybe he can kick on. And play in his rightful position imo midfield.
Why, are they also a bunch of cheating thatcherite ******* with a plastic pitch and an I.d card scheme put in place to suck the tories ****?
And rightly so, they should never have got away with it to start with like shitehawking qpr and gunner halle diving chuffchivers.
He wasn’t forced to sign anything. If he didn’t want to sign he shouldn’t have done. I’d say it was a combination of being very badly advised and not doing enough when given the opportunity. He’s only got himself to blame.
There's no way should we have loaned him out to a higher league without any financial security mate. The club did 100% the right thing in my opinion. It was up to him to perform and he didn't, yet again. He signed a contract and then didn't want to be here, so we said okay you can go on loan but we want to extend your contract so we keep the finances safe. I know it's your opinion mate but think it's very harsh saying club played with his head Do wish him well though - would have been nice to have a sell on clause, just in case he does smash it mate...
It was as you say only an opinion mate. My thoughts were at the time it's either you stay with us or if you want to play at a higher level sign this contract. Thinking someone will trigger the buy out clause. Why do you think it was he just didnt say I'll hang around a year and go for nowt. (Or a little compensation re his age) I reckon his agent had a lot to answer for as his advisor. It could also be the case he didnt perform 100% with it all hanging over his head. I prefer to think about how his performances helped keep us up under Struhber. Even under Val when he was selected as wing back. Due to the exit unexpectedly of Ludwig. (Surprisingly apparantly without a club at the mo.) Season after we went down I think too much onus was on him to perform alongside inferior players. Agree about a sell on clause and smashing it. I'll be watching with interest. I do understand how others think differently in the cold light of day. How he doesn't want to be here. That's obvious. I think Clarke speaks well of him and didn't/doesn't cold shoulder him and is understanding of his situation. . (In his words not mine) i still wish him well.
