At least the Extended Highlights were clear as a bell, with an alternate commentator, too. Why couldn't someone have sorted out the technical difficulties yesterday during the game. I'm still awaiting a response from iFollow to my email posted above.
They didn’t sort it out during the game for the same reason they didn’t sort it after the Mansfield game, there’s nobody at the club who even knows what is up with it never mind how to fix it. It’s disgusting that they are taking people’s money under these circumstances. And remember it’s not just Reds fans being taken for a ride, it’s the Mansfield and Northampton supporters as well. The whole situation is embarrassing. They should stop offering the service until it’s sorted out. Edit : to correct above, the Mansfield game was I believe on sky sports+ and was okay as I recall
But I blame EFL / iFollow, even if the issue is at the BFC end. They are who I pay my money to, so the buck stops with them. I spent years as an IT professional working for a company whose software ran on many platforms, Hardware, OS, DB, etc. If a customer had a problem, I couldn't palm it off on one of our partners; they'd paid for our software, so it was my problem to resolve, and my responsibility (iFollow) to work with our partners (BFC) to sort out the problem.
Same here, I don’t expect much but until it’s sorted I won’t be purchasing again. Dodgy box for me now and the wife will just have to watch her iPad
