Absolutely no way I'm doing a 5 hour round trip, midweek, for a League Cup game and paying £19 for the privilege
Not necessarily you mate, but I do think some are hiding behind the notion that they're disillusioned with the board as a reason for not going tonight. I fully understand that we have fans who live a treck away, and paying £17 on top of having a season ticket isn't appealing either, particularly with the game being on Sky. But someone has said I'm another thread about showing the board how we feel by not going to this one, but then we'll be back to the same gate that we had last weekend by next week. I stopped going to cup games a couple of seasons ago because I didn't want to pay for a ticket for a game in an empty stadium. I've decided to go tonight because I thought there'd be a 6,000+ crowd.
Only two hours for me but I’m not travelling. Just found out that I can get Radio Sheffield on my telly Channel 716 (BT Tv). The buffoon also known as Toby Foster is on loud and clear and the tv guide says our match is on at 1945. Or will I get the usual annoying “this programme cannot be broadcast blah blah” which is what I get on the iPhone as soon as a match starts. Fingers crossed for that in case I can’t access the Sky coverage.
Not talking about anyone that isn't nearby, I live in Texas so won't be there but if i was in Yorkshire tonight I would be going. Understand where some people are coming from with state of economy and things at moment but people just not going out of spite is disapointing considering Sheff Utd will be selling out their end

Seemed to have been a massive rush for tickets now looking at the map . Edit that I was looking at the next home game
I've got a selection of about 5 matches tonight, but unfortunately not ours. I think I'll go for Toffees vs. Donny muted in the background.
I won't be going tonight but went to Lincoln and booked for Crawley and Stevenage... No trains home tonight and it's on TV so made decision to save money and use it for league games that are more important.
First time I will have tried it because I’ve been an ifollow-er for the last few years, when not at Oakwell. Ideal scenario tonight will be RS commentary and Sky pictures, although there’s bound to be a Blades bias isn’t there?
