I've written it off TBH. The degree of **** up over this is horrendous. Not sure how much of it falls to the EFL's subcontractors / the Sky deal & the club, but it needs addressing. It is a decent bit of income for the club, but I won't be paying anything, until it is properly sorted.
Audio on iFollow was dreadful as the commentator assumed we were all watching so there were lots of gaps in the commentary. He'd say a player's name and you'd think 'OK! Tell me what he's done!' except he didn't tell you.
Yeah the commentator apparantly is on here - I don't wanna join in the pile on but it needs severe improvement. I'm sure it's hard on your own, not being able to bounce of anyone or take a minute, I know he can't help his voice either, but it's really poor and needs upgrading
Not in the USA mate. League One - iFollow and Paramount+ (CBS) this season, if the match is selected (not so far). EFL Cup - iFollow (Audio Only) and Paramount+ (CBS) this season, if the match is selected (not so far). EFL Trophy - iFollow. FA Cup - Not sure about iFollow this season, but ESPN+ usually shows most games. Play-Offs (Optimistic Happy Clapper that I am) - ESPN+. Peacock and USA show every Premier League match. Paramount+ (CBS) show select Championship matches this season.
He's not a professional, he's a volunteer and he was left without his commentary partner this week. A+ for trying from me!
Fair play to him, mate. I'm sure we'd all love to do it, but I think a lot of people vastly underestimate how hard it is, certainly on your own. I think he took a lot of stick because folk were (rightly) fuming about the picture quality, and I fear he took some strays!

I’ve been a regular on iFollow the last few years, mostly for away games, but I haven’t subscribed this year. Until it improves I’m not going to bother. If lots of us do the same that’s a significant income drop for the club.
Have Matt and his regular co-commentators been forced off the air then? I've not listened in or watched it at all this season so I don't know
I got a very similar auto response minus any offer of compensation or refund. I say auto response because 'insights', feedback' and 'input'? If stating that the stream was unwatchable is an insight then I'm more insightful than I give myself credit for. I guess we'll see if the problems are fixed. I would have thought you would have had a refund. I did send a screenshot of the match, well I think it was the match, maybe that’s what gave me the refund?
