They'll go down. I've said it. Predicted Blackpool years ago after the Prem, ask Dyson - legendary thread.
Always knew they were a flash in pan. Hold em' in same regard as Donny Rovers. Everyone's second team whilst they were on up like Newport and Wrexham. Soon be forgotten.
I’m a bit ‘meh’ about Luton. Although I don’t believe they got to the prem on a shoestring, I don’t find them as obvious as some other small clubs that got up there, and I’ve not really found their fans to be above themselves. I don’t wish them any ill. You could be right though, next transfer window could be telling for them if they’re flailing.
West Brom, Burnley and Norwich are my personal success stories of the Yo-yo Premier League era. They all set out to make money and stay there if they can.
I think they’ll be fine in the end. They’ve started the season with a bit of an injury crisis & we’re missing a few centre backs. However central midfield is a problem for them. When they had Barkley & Lokonga together they looked a really good side last season but both have left in the summer. Their season fell apart when Lokonga got injured.
Swindon, Oldham , Bradford aren't. You could add Sunderland, Wednesday , Birmingham who have struggled as well. Look how far Leeds dropped
I'd still love them to do well, but will happily admit that it's pretty entertaining that they aren't.
No sympathy for Edwards either. He's lapped it up. Rough with the smooth. Jones would have kept them up because he failed at Southampton.
