    Personally, I’d cash out if the last one doesn’t look likely. You could always have the mindset that you are up whatever happens and leave the bet alone.

    Unless it's serious money I wouldn't cash out. It's significantly less than what the bookies reckon your expected value is.

    If you cash out they're eating into your bet twice - once when you take the bet at what they consider to be worse than the real probability and then again when you cash out for less than the calculated value of your bet at that point in time.
