iFollow Game Availability

    I just checked the iFollow section of the BFC website, and it is showing the next available game as the Stevenage game.

    I know the Bristol Rovers game is on Sky+, and luckily I have it over here on Paramount+, but surely as an International Season Pass subscriber, the game should be available to me in the USA on iFollow.

    It's just luck that I am already paying for the Paramount+ streaming service over here.

    You certainly should have it on iFollow. If you are not getting a service that you have paid for, you should ask for a pro rata refund.

    I will look into it after tomorrow's game. The service has been subpar for most games so far this season, but I've had no response to my complaint.

    Oh FFS. I didn't notice this. I guess we're missing plenty of matches this season then. What great value. Not even audio commentary.

    BEIN Sports show Sky matches here but not all of them. Great to know I'm missing a match presumably for licensing reasons that isn't being shown here anyway.

    I'm confused though. Is it available or not?

    Ah. Got it. You have to navigate via the 'Match centre' button on the main page and not the iFollow tab at the top (as I usually do). I do seem to have the match now.

    Maybe I should have read the responses to my thread before I just fired off this ...

    "I understand that this game is being shown live in the UK on Sky+, but why is not available on iFollow to overseas fans?

    When I access the iFollow section of the Barnsley website, I am presented with Stevenage vs. Barnsley on 14/09/2024 as the next match available.

    I have an International Season Pass subscription, and I live in the USA."

    Anyway, it's just another issue with the revamped website this season.

    I still can't see the video!!! Is anybody else still having this issue?

    I have bought the match pass. I have the email confirmation. But the button to purchase is still display.

    Every week there are problems. Ridiculous.
