    This Saturday, 7th September, the Barnsley FC FanZone returns for another action-packed afternoon at Oakwell Stadium, promising fantastic entertainment and a welcoming atmosphere for all supporters!

    Join us outside the East Stand from 12pm onwards for a day filled with activities, live music, and special appearances. Hosted by our FanZone compere Dave Cooper, the event will feature guest appearances from men's first team, women's first team, and academy players, as we build up to kick-off. Stay tuned for the live team news announcement at 2pm, as we preview Barnsley's League One clash with Bristol Rovers.

    What to Expect at the Barnsley FC FanZone:

    • Live Music: Enjoy a performance from Emilia Hill, a Barnsley-born acoustic vocalist, who has gained local acclaim after performing at Barnsley Live.
    • Interactive E-Sports: The Barnsley College E-Sports Team will be there, offering a range of exciting activities for fans to participate in.
    • Food & Drink: Refreshments will be available throughout the day at the FanZone bar, so grab a bite and settle in for the fun.

    Beware of the prices, got charged £6:50 for a pint of Carling last time when it’s a £1 less on concourse.

    Had You done that you would’ve been in keeping with the Oakwell ethos of customer is there to do as they are told and any objection is fobbed off. Thing is I would’ve ordered a Madri, but at £6.50 a pint it’s too dear, oh wait a minute.

    Think they need to chalk on it until they invest in one suitable, embarrassing that other clubs and lower clubs can get it right.
