If he didn’t shout for it he shouldn’t have come. I think he shouted and then missed it:

 

Whether he shouted or not, he came, everyone saw he was coming, he missed the ball. Simple as that, GK error.

 

How come we make five or six defensive calamities every game, where the opposition score at least one. Whereas opposition defences have to be unlocked?

 

We need to take Cotter off the throws, we still have Earl and Pines to aim at if Roberts is taking them

Looked to me like he just wasn’t very brave. Just come out and deal with it. Take everything out with it.

We find ourselves level in a game we have dominated.

 

Pines should have just booted it.

 

Earl just got a good ear bashing from Clarke then.

 

Aye twice now he looks like he’s **** himself when having to come for it.

 

He should be able to rely on his GK safely taking that.

 

And last kick of the half, we see the cosgrove from most of last season! He had a good half though so I’ll excuse him that.

Hopefully Clarke will sort them out defensively long term, as in the main that was pretty good.

We can go out and win this second half as well.

 

It’s Pines the one who need dressing down, caught out of position too much and getting drawn to the ball… proper school-boy stuff.

Never understood how everyone in here thought he was the messiah when out injured last year.

Save for a couple of iffy bits of defending, and a major balls up by our GK, it's been a good half.

 

That was a 4-0 first half. Rovers never in it until we gave them a goal. All gone quiet since but we’ll pick it up second half

 

Can you cut loans short cos this goalkeeper is ***** we need an experienced one.

 

Expect Clarke to give them a rocket and send the same 11 back out. Humphrys on at some point and Lofthouse.
