York City (2 divisions below us) charge £22. It's £17 for OAPs, £10 for students and for kids 12-16. £7 for 11 and under. Our prices don't look that high by comparison, for a higher quality product. All professional and semi -professional leagues charge a fair bit. If full-time professional players were paid 150% of the average national wage, as they were in the dim and distant past, clubs would not need to charge so much. It's the players and their damned agents who are making all the money.
Just checked prices at Buxton in National League North: £19 adults £16 concessions £13 18-21yrs, £4 12-17 years Free for accompanied U12. All prices, except U12, increase by £1 on the day. So £20 pay on the day for most adults for 6th tier football.
Sack the board and replace them with the people that you know that want into our club. I assume you do know people otherwise why negatively whine on every post. Who's coming in pal?
I agree it’s not cheap if you don’t have a season ticket. But it’s about par for the course in this division. Not winning at home in the league for over 6 months won’t have helped either. We’ll get better turnouts if we go on a bit of a run.
