Have you tried turning it off and back on again?

 

In settings / system is there an overdue update waiting to be installed or pending reboot?

 

Yes I think this is correct but 4th day, and it's still not right.

Yes, sir summat to do with an upgrade, wer in the 4th day

 

I think what Andy Mac is saying is, when you go to system update in your settings, does it say that there's an update available? If so, click on it. It should update and restart your phone.

Yes sir, we've been into 3. They said it's a honor upgrade but it's took 4days so far, 3 said it's honor an not their problem.

Honor & Huawei are both locked out of any Android updates due to sanctions on China...it could be something to do with that.

Just remembered, on my Honor, and the Huawei I had after, you had to 'allow updates from untrusted sources' somewhere in the settings. I'd have to Google it, but I bet the update won't continue til you have changed the settings.

 

Clearly. My iPhone also locks me out of updates and bricks the phone.

 

If you bought the phone from 3 your contract is with them. Not Honor.

 

I have a Honor90, love it, but I think there is an issue with updates. Camera is superb, as is the battery life.
