Have you read what I’ve written? I’m defending the policy based on what the policy is and the situation it is being implemented in - I’m no Tory that’s for sure though if they were doing the same I’d view it in much the same way. I don’t defend people’s actions based on what colour rosette they wear. Though there is correlation between wearing a blue one and shafting the masses in the main, I praised the furlough scheme and have approved of other things they have done, albeit not many - same as I have detested certain actions taken by Labour, for example joining an oil war to keep Bush happy; or selling off bullion reserves for a fraction of their true value.
People saying well all those millionaire pensioners won't miss there 400 quid. When they know full well its not those who will.be struggling, the bar could have been set much higher. Its poor Doris who has paid tax all her life not spunked all her money and just missed out who will now have to decide if she can afford to put the heating on. In this country if your working class and you get to a.certain age your probably better off spunking your money enjoying yourself then you can get looked after by the goverment.
Or if we didn't give billions every year away to wars that don't directly involve us. Or if we sorted the immigration fiasco out that cost us 6billion a year. We could also tax the oil companies who are making piss taking profits each quarter. I could go on but it's all different subjects.
Yes it was troff....virtually no one would have come on here apart from a couple of the usual suspects (and the odd wind up merchant) justifying it had the Tories done it, this board would have been in uproar.

Not really pal, I just had a Quick Look down and saw a couple of the usual political experts on here. Saw their opinion, seemingly backing the fuel cut and it brought a wry smile to my face. Not yourself, but a lot of the Labour voters on here are the biggest hypocrites I’ve ever come across.
So just to be clear, you're defending "Boris" Johnson when he said "let the bodies pile high"? Or have you quoted me incorrectly in your initial response? I see there's a few more appeared last night with their faux-outrage too. After 14 years of financially crippling the country, its been decided that its Labour's fault after a couple of months. Wheres Alanis when you need her.
And then you've followed up with the same when asked for clarification. Apologies if you're initially reply to me was in error.
