    The first of many limited over games this evening.
    Many new faces and only one player from Sri Lanka test series ( Hull ) because of tight schedule.
    Buttler still injured so Salt is captain and it’s important that Archer shines.
    Many future games are sold out so let’s hope to see some good cricket in the next few weeks.

    Plenty chilly and cloudy evenings won’t encourage carnival time.
    It’s madness that 8 games against our main foes are played virtually in winter

    Looking forward to the matches. Watching the Big Bash at breakfast time is a Christmas tradition, so I am aware of the newer names.

    Jake Fraser Mcguirk is badly out of form. Leeds own Josh Inglis is a very good player. Riley Meredith is just one of the excellent fast bowlers they have who for other nationalities would be playing test Cricket.

    Won't be same without the old favourites like Smith and Warner.

    Headingley on 21st for the One Day International.
    The long range forecast looks great but time for that to change.
    Great seats but it`s an expensive day when you consider the weather risks and it`s Carlsberg or Carlsberg!

    Bet 365 have Australia under/over runs at 182.5 which looks too high with our bowling attack and many Aussies struggling in the Ireland series they just had.
