    We were really good in that 2009 league cup game. I felt we deserved something from it but they had that bit of extra quality in front of goal that we lacked

    Was that the game where their fans wrecked the North Stand kiosk and terrorised the girls so much they locked themselves into the backroom while the fans raided the bar.
    Big cover up from Man utd ,never remember any fines dished out by the FA .
    Swept under the counter while FA gives BFC fines for singing inappropriate songs.
    Is there any wonder why a lot of us despise them.

    How much Shearer got away with for me. There was a full page of photos in the one of the tabloids the day after of 3 separate incidents of Shearer wrestling Ward to the ground. Each time he'd got Ward in a half nelson and each time the referee was looking straight at him but did nowt. And he got Moses sent off. Total sham of a refereeing performance. I'm still annoyed about it.

    I seem to remember he got away with a blatant foul on De Zeeuw in the league game as well, leading to a very costly defeat.
