    Right answer.

Honourable mention for a decent quality Oxtail.

    Chicken and mushroom for me.

Favourite soup overall is Chicken Tikka. Asda used to do a fantastic one but it seems they've discontinued it.

My wife boils the carcase of a chicken and makes a fantastic soup with a variety vegetables. She makes a great meal out of something which in 99.99% of the time just ends up in the bin.

Now I’m a dull middle aged man, I came in from the pub the other day, after a few, and decided that what I really needed in my life was a Morphy Richards Soup Maker.
    (Other brands available).

I have made about 8 different soups so far, but my favourite was Cauliflower Cheese Soup.

I also made a chicken korma soup. Pics attached.

Mrs Finn's roast butternut squash/sweet potato/coconut/chilli soup. Dunt sound British, but she makes it here in Haworth, so it counts. Sensational stuff.

Defo a pea n ham fan but it's got to have decent chunks of ham in it.

Have also crafted some lovely homemade ones in the soup maker. A lush mushroom (let's call it Lushroom soup) and a lovely tomato heavy on the peppery side. Got to be nice and thick, none of that watery nonsense.

+1 for pearl barley, in almost any soup - but not pea and ham of course.

Are soup makers worthwhile then? How easy are they to use? Versatile?
