Our goalkeeper and defence are not currently an effective unit with co-ordination and confidence in eachother.

It might be primarily a keeper issue, or the defence, or both. It depends if we are conceding lots of chances or conceding disproportionately from comparatively few. We still seem vulnerable on the break in wide areas, or over the top due to lack of pace.

For now that's something that can only be improved on the training pitch and through our tactics, as there won't be meaningful personnel changes until January.

Goalkeeper and defence are obvious issues but is the strike force still another major problem??

Al ask again is this fist time he has left players upfield when defending a corner or is it a regular thing?

Its the first time I've seen us do it and it massively worked, to the extent that the second time we dzid it they panicked, tried a backwards pass and it wnded up rolling straight to Jalo on the halfway line

Cheers, ont radio it said that it had United reorganising quickly as it was summat United weren`t expecting.

Should be done more regular for me to unclutter the box especially with a defence that aint the best.

For years fans have been calling for this and also for playing in the opponents haif instead of passing around your own bleedin box.

Another positive. We've further cemented our status as the team with the most 7-0 defeats.

I don’t agree with performance based refunds myself. I buy a ticket with no expectations. If we play well, great! If we get walloped, tough.

I think if the club asked us for an extra few quid each time they won, we fans would be out of pocket over a season ;)

Can’t imagine there’ll be anymore defenders incoming unless we can get shut of 2 or 3 first.

Whatever we get will be part of the turnover. As would be transfer incoming payments. That's the first priority I expect, given financial fair play rules of max of 60% on players wages. The transition period from relegation on high wage earners is nearly.
    over. End of this season.
Transfer fees do not affect ffp in the sense you can spend what the hell you like. Birmingham a case in question.

That's why I'm assuming our directors are putting their own money in, as in shares not as loans. Loans break the rules.
Best case scenario for all. Free transfers and it going on wages. But again, only if future income is sustainable. Or yet again we are back to new share issues.
Wages are the priority. Most can be predicted long term cos of long contracts.
